I’m just another person who has woken up and jumped off of the S.A.D.(Standard American Diet) train. It’s bad for us, it makes us malnourished, it makes us tired, it contributes to diseases, it makes us look & feel bad, etc. I’m on a journey to get back to as good of health as I can, by eating and doing what Mother Nature intended for us to (as much as possible). I’m not perfect, so you’ll definitely see me stumble once in awhile. I will post about any news or info I come across, that I feel is relevant, to help others out who may be on a similar journey.
